Natalie’s Weight Circuit 3 - 10.27.09
Circuit 1:
Leg extensions (1/2 then full) x 25
Medicine ball swing arounds x 10 each side
Hamstring curls x 25
Walking lunges down length of the gym
Circuit 2:
Push-up on weight to side plank reach up x 8 both sides
Cable Bicep 30 Curls – 10 Bottom Half, 10 Top Half, 10 Full
1-leg squat onto bench w/ other leg raised, stand w/ 1 dumbbell shoulder raise x 16 both sides
Pull-ups from ground x 15
Circuit 3:
Crunch reach-ups on BOSU x 15
Knee tucks on balance ball x 15
Push-ups on balance ball x 15
Balance ball V-ups x 15
Repeat circuits 2x = 45 minute workout
Repeat circuits 3x = 1 hour workout
