Yesterday's Workout - Bodyweight Circuit

Push-ups...

Then squat jumps...

Then V-ups...
Start with a set of 20, then 19, then 18, then 17, then 16...until you get to 1 rep of each for time.

I should have done that yesterday as well but I just sat on my ass and ate. ;) ugh.

you're comment was wonderful :) and you're exactly right. i stumble sometimes in thinking that God REALLY does have a plan for everything, but ultimately, i know that His hand is on everything we do.
